Returns Policy

Any unworn resalable item purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you request this within 14 days from the date of purchase.

How to request a refund -

  1. Sign In and visit our Contact Us page
  2. Select ‘Request a Refund’ and choose the Order Number for the item you wish to return
  3. Please advise the reason for the refund in the comments box
  4. Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund.

Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card or payment method originally used.
Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.

EXCLUSIONS

Pierced Jewellery

In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our Website Refund policy.

Personalised Jewellery

We are unable to offer a refund on a personalised jewellery order. This means that we cannot provide a refund on any item that has been specially altered or personalised in any way.
